SHIPPING POLICY

1. We ship worldwide.

Production & delivery timelines:

Rush orders: typically delivered within 10–20 days, or even earlier.

Standard orders: usually delivered within 30 days (from May to December).

Busy season (January to April): production may take 30–35 days due to higher order volume.

2. Insured Shipping

We send dresses by DHL, UPS, Fedex, Special Airline and other ways, all package will be insured before sending, so if the package lost, then you can get full payment back or resend you a new one.

3. Prepaid Shipping Cost

 The shipping cost is prepaid before sending, so there will be no extra shipping cost, please note for some countries, there will be customs taxes, this tax should be paid by buyers, in order to save your cost, we usually write less price on the invoice.

4. Import Duties

You need to be clear about the import duty of your country, for buyers from Unite States, we would like to confirm that the tariffs will be covered by the seller. Please provide us with the official invoice for the duty payment, and we will reimburse the amount by deducting it from the payment accordingly. For buyers from Canada, Australia or other countries, they have to pay import customs taxes, it can't be avoid.

5. Customs Duty Assistance

No need to worry about customs duties! We’ve pre-paid the duties as much as possible when shipping your order, so you won’t need to do anything on your end. In the rare case that you’re asked to pay customs fees, but just send us the invoice, and we’ll refund the amount to you on the same day.

6. Package Inspection

Please refuse to sign the package if you find the package is broken and contact with us at the first time, we will help you solve all the problem.
