Tailoring Subsidy

If a minor tweak is needed due to a verified manufacturing variance, we are happy to offer up to $50 in tailoring credit. Support your local tailor and get that final touch of perfection easily. 

For verification, photos of the dress being measured with a tailoring tape are required to process any subsidy or remake requests.

Our Mistake? Full Coverage

Expertly crafted and thoroughly inspected. Every dress passes through four rounds of quality control to ensure perfection before it reaches your door.

If the finished dress differs from your ordered measurements by more than 1 inch, it will be considered a significant deviation. In such cases, we will offer a free remake or a full refund.

Changed your mind? Standard size & color dresses (US14 and under) can be returned within 7 days. (Note: Custom orders and special items are final sale but eligible for exclusive remake discounts.)

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please refer to our Full Return Policy for details.
